I pretty much have all my questions answered but, I have come to enjoy your humor & sarcasm so much that I tuned in to this video because I just knew it was a great topic for poking fun at idiots and the self appointed fcc police. HUGE debate locally up here, located on the top of NY State in St. Lawrence County, as to what are the legalities of using ROIP on GMRS. Locally everyone seems to be confused about it. FCC rules are vage in this area so it has them confused. Any Chance on a video about the legal right of GMRS and ROIP? ANY help would be greatly appreciated. ~WRWQ488 Tony

Usung a Bao Fenf in a GMRS freq is the equivalent of Jay walking in front of your home on a vacant street at 0300 hours

The FCC can pull call signs from their monitoring. Providing such info would set a possibly dangerous precedent of GOV / FCC oversight, interference, and begs the Question: why would they want ALL call signs? What would they do with that information?

What's to follow? Confiscation of HAM radios, Government jamming of Civilian radio systems. The world wonders.

I just watched this video and from what I have digested it seems like there may have been some discussions on that system that the FCC had monitored and were actually against FCC rules and regulations.

So if I have a gmrs radio license I'm not allowed to use a baofeng uv5r and not allowed to use it in frequency mode on gmrs frequencies. But if it were allowed, hypothetically speaking, whats stopping you from using frequencies within the range of gmrs and not the specific channel frequencies. For example one channel is frequency 462.650 but what if I entered frequency 462.655 and talked to a radio on 462.655, other than not being allowed is there a functional problem with using a "custom" frequency close to the preset channel frequencies?

If the censorship on RUclips is due to a broken commenting system, then how do you explain that the censorship has been going on for many years now? A commenting system isn't rocket science. Any competent programmer would be able to fix a broken commenting system. RUclips's programmers are skilled and make hundreds of thousands of Dollars per year. So why didn't they fix it then over the many years that the censorship has been going on? I don't buy it. One has to be really naive to think that a massive team of skilled and highly paid programmers hasn't been able to fix a commenting system for many years. Again, I don't buy it.
